As Director of Human Resources at InterVision Systems, Melanie Buergler leads the key HR initiatives to align with business strategy. With 18 years of HR experience, she has worked in several sectors including healthcare, food manufacturing and automotive engineering. Melanie received her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has been an adjunct instructor at Missouri State University for 15 years teaching a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses in the psychology department.
